Security

Your online order will be sent to Eric Malone Cyclone Division via SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is the industry standard for sending confidential information over the World-Wide-Web and provides for the private transmission of credit card information.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs are calculated during the order process and will be added to the Order Total. Larger items will be shipped regular freight or special arrangements will be made.

Damaged merchandise may be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier.

Credit Card orders must be shipped to address of Credit Card holder unless otherwise approved. Foreign orders must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars. 

When placing an order by mail or fax, please include your exact shipping address and fax number (with your country and city code). We will fax a quote and a request for payment with instructions. 

Payment

Customers may pre-pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. We accept PayPal. We accept personal checks with pre-authorization. All C.O.D. orders are sent with the acceptance of cashier's checks or money orders only.  

Back Orders

Back orders are shipped automatically if less than 30 days from original order date. We will verify by telephone or fax any back orders held over 30 days before shipping. 

Returns

Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be used for all returns. Also, this number must appear prominently on the outside of the box. Returns made without authorization will be refused and shipped back to sender at sender's expense. All returns must be made within 14 working days from the invoice date, and may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Warranties

Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by manufacturer, if any. The seller hereby disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Eric Malone Cyclone Division neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.
